4th October 2009:During the Chuseok(Korean thanksgiving festival) holidays we made a short trip to an island called Seokmo do,a tiny island within a 10 minute ferry ride from Ganghwa island which is reachable from downtown Seoul in an hour's time by car via the Ganghwa bridge.The island boasts of beautiful scenery,the Bomunsa temple and breathtaking sunset views.
